I did try play Japanese ECO recently but the font is broken, all its character appear as square symbol not as hiragana.

Just out of curiosity, why is the beast king called Master by Hiyuki? She calls him shishou which is more like teacher. I mean sure it can translate to master because often times in a discipline relationship between teacher/instructor and student, they have a higher social relationship. But that is not the case here. His social status is below (employee), at best equal(as a king) to her. She is not a disciple, just being taught, so the relationship is just a teacher one, not a master one.
It is just really odd to see her call him master. Even if she wanted to call him master on a whim, he probably would decline from the death glares of not just Tengai but Utsuho as well.

Because he is the master of martial art. She called him master even before he became the martial instructor.
From definition, master means:
1. a man who has people working for him, especially servants or slaves.
2. a skilled practitioner of a particular art or activity.

Adding the fact that the Beast King never said something like, “Swing yer sword more, focus yer head” to Hiyuki. She is simply sparing with him and learn the tactic by her own.
Maybe adding the name after “Master” would reduce the “lord-servant” implication like “Hello, Master Joey”, but what is this master name again? Beast King? haha

I,’m the only one who the miss the prince sister o.o. ? The novel is great but it was a sad thing. It a bit sad (in my opinion) that there is no really Yuri,it just a bit strange since he was a boy and know he is “flirting” with joey or the princ. I wonder how the novel will go on I always hope the prince sister will be coming back as Hiyukis kin but only time will tell

I thought the princess was just a very naive little girl that’s sheltered from the cruel reality and would break once she gets close to it… so no, I don’t feel anything when it went as I predicted. However, to know that she died due to that idiot betrayer childhood friend made me annoyed. Normally that’s the one that’s supposed to make sure she survives. Grrr.
